LawnPRO Partners Acquires LawnRx, Expanding Presence in Pennsylvania

This marks LawnPRO Partners fifth acquisition, further solidifying its presence in Pennsylvania.
Headquartered in Latrobe, PA, LawnRx is a well-established, founder-owned company known for its exceptional lawn care treatment and pest control services. The acquisition represents LawnPRO’s third expansion in Pennsylvania and second in Pittsburgh, reinforcing its commitment to the region. Bruce Love, owner and President of LawnRx, will continue to lead the company’s day-to-day operations post-acquisition.
